Blog Tour: Break Me - Review, Interview & Giveaway!!

Blurb:
Tori McLeod moved to the big city to get away from her mother—and her past. Her new routine is destroyed when she meets a mysterious stranger who won’t take no for an answer. Sebastian intrigues her, but his eyes hold secrets she would rather avoid. Sebastian Chelios, a hard-as-nails enforcer, is a new-in-town loner. He has to have her. Control her. Possess her. But he can’t—won’t—lose control, even though Tori’s innocence fascinates him. The last thing he’s going to do is love her, even after he gets her in his bed.

Losing control is dangerous, especially when someone from Sebastian’s past covets Tori, putting more than just her heart in danger.

Can Sebastian protect Tori from Jose’s sadistic obsession? If he gets his hands on her, will she make it out in one piece?

Ramblings...

A whirlwind, steamy, mysterious romance! Oh man...Curiosity really beats it at you! This book really sucks you right in from the very first page to the very last. Such a fast moving pacing with something always happening and lurking around the corner of each turning page. Thrown into pure passion and raging hormones right at the start and carrying us through on a major sexathon.

It's safe to say Tori and Sebastian are physically drawn to one another and the raw sexual hunger just keeps on coming with these two.God, they just can't keep their hands off each other! We have two completely fit (in the buff sense) characters. Sebastian with his raging muscles and hard abs and Tori with guys just falling at her feet wherever she goes (including the disgustingly awful Jose). Sebastian is full of secrets, its like question marks written on over him and his only language with Tori is sex...he is a hot man after all but However Tori, stop girl and step back and see...its danger danger written everywhere, feel like she is naive trusting so easily and so forgiving especially when people set her up in bad places. It just felt there is a instant trust from her on the whole Sebastian front but to us reading, It felt like you don't really know him you silly woman, some points of the book I feel like shouting at her, especially with all this crazy stuff happening and red flags flying up everywhere. Feel scared and worried for her...Can you have such faith in people?

“And what’s wrong with reading romance?” I asked.
Black eyes, narrowed at me. “It usually means you can’t get a piece in real life so you have to resort to masturbating to paper or porn but,” he lifted my book, “looking at this cover, it looks like it could be a bit of both.”

In between all the steamy chapters, the book is full of mystery and what-the-fucks-going-on? keeping us on the edge and guessing! We know nothing of Sebastian and I must admit I found myself questioning Tori at times "You know nothing of this stranger! Stop thinking with your pooch for a moment and ask this guy some questions!" So frustrating But its like I said, the spark is instant and relentless. Maybe it shows love can change someone, no matter what the background is and you're protect them at all cost.

"Our mouths continued to move together as he consumed me completely. Left me utterly breathless."

Filled with drama and suspense, this book is sure to keep you pulled in. So many questions you what to know the answer to but not enough book. I honestly can't say that I know enough of these characters to fall in love with them but their romance is so brutal that you have to read on and look forward to the sequel in which we will hopefully learn more. Dying to know what's next!

We also got the privilege to pick Jo-Anna's brains :P

- What influenced you in becoming a writer?

Well a couple of months ago, my aunt told me that I should consider writing my own book since I’m an avid reader. I told her that all of the stories that were in my head weren’t my own and she told me to have patience, that it’ll come to me. Well the beginning of this year, a story came to me. Now mind you, it’s changed quite a bit but the idea was there.

 - What inspired the raunchy storyline for Break Me?

Raunchy? Oh that is so awesome. I haven’t heard it being called raunchy yet. I love it. Anyways…um…well I think the characters inspired the raunchiness. I’m just the creator. They told me what to write. ;)

- Which character do you think Tori should be with Brett or Sebastian?

Is this a trick question? Lol! It’s kind of heard to answer cause I already know who she ends up with.

- Who inspires these hotties? I would love to meet your muse :P

Well actually, I thought of these hotties and then when I see someone who looks like them, I’ll save the picture. Henry Cavalli (sp) is Brett, Travis Fimmel is Garrith AND, I saw my muse for Sebastian in real life. Do you know how hard it was not to freak out? Lol!

 - Your new book In Heart of Yesterday, is it similar to Break Me? So quick paced and steamy, that it keeps you guessing?

Oh yay! No one has asked me about A Heart Story yet so thank you. It’s actually going to be released as a serial novel sometime next year and no, it’s not as quick paced and steamy but there are some steamy parts. The main couple is only 17 and 18, so I couldn’t make it too steamy.

- When is the sequel Always Me due for publish?

I will tell you that Always Me is done. My beta readers are reading it for me and then I’ll read it again, clean it up and send it to my editor. So the answer is SOON.

- Could you give us a cheeky insight of what is next for Tori?

Hmm…what is next for Tori? Hehe. Without giving too much away, lets just say she ends up happy and…well as you can probably tell, Jose is still around.

- On another note, If you could be any character from a book, who would you be and why?

Eva from the Crossfire Series by Sylvia Day. Um…Do I really need to say why? ;)

- What is your favourite book at the moment?

Hmm…honestly? I don’t really have one. I’ll read anything that’s good and if I love it, then that book is always my favourite of the moment but no specific book is my favourite right now.

 - Writing or reading?

Both. I started out as a reader so I’ll always be a reader but I’ve taken up a passion for writing and I LOVE it.

- What books do you generally like to read?

Romance but I’m trying not to read anything in my own genre. Do you know how hard that is? Lol!

- Finally, Put us out of our misery, Can you tell us when is the sequel Always Me, due for publish?

Lol! SOON!

Thankyou Jo-anna, you have been awesome, and we have been Booky Ramblings
